If bootcamp isn’t your thing, I also do private one-on-one and group sessions (virtually or in person). Stay in the comfort of your own home and let me bring my gym to you*, or to you and your friends. This is a great option for stay-at-home moms with young kids!

Training for Teams
I also offer sports training for Junior hockey and softball teams. Through exercises designed to help them improve their mobility, stability, endurance, and ability, teens learn the importance of training and self-care so they can reduce the chance of injury and strain. I also provide nutritional guidance and recommendations so they can fuel themselves to give it their all during the game.
